BANANA

Assalamualaikum & Greetings. :)

Well~ Basically as everyone know, banana is a type of fruit that can either be eaten raw or deep-fried [nope nope.. not healthy!!] or even cooked with coconut milk [neither will this one be~]. Most importantly, bananas are full of potassium, which is essential for maintaining proper fluid balance, nerve impulse function, muscle function & cardiac (heart muscle) function.

However, do you know that this tiny fruit [well, I consider it tiny~ in comparison to watermelon :)] has HUGE benefits?? Not only the fruit itself.. But the skin [peel] is very useful too~
